Experience Collection Research & Documentation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m setting up a small-scale project to gather real-world stories and lessons that can later feed into articles, training material, or multimedia content. At this stage I’m still refining the scope, so I’m open to your recommendations on three key points:
• What kinds of experiences to target (travel, work, education, or a smart mix tailored to the objectives we agree on).
• The best data-gathering approach—whether structured interviews, online surveys, field observations with audio/video capture, or a hybrid method that balances depth and efficiency.
• The most engaging way to package the findings: concise written case studies, short video capsules, visually rich infographics, or a combination.
Here’s what I need from you:
1. A brief project plan outlining the proposed audience, collection method, sample size, and timeline.
2. Draft consent or participation forms that cover privacy and usage rights.
3. Execution of the research plan—recruiting participants, running the sessions, and ensuring data quality.
4. A polished final deliverable in the agreed format, ready for publication or internal use.
5. A one-page summary of key insights and recommended next steps.
Success will be measured by the completeness of the data set, clarity of the presentation, and how actionable the insights are. If you have a portfolio of previous qualitative or mixed-method research, please link it so I can see your style. Looking forward to collaborating on a thoughtful, well-documented collection of experiences.
