Exhibition Data Collection Rotterdam

I’m looking for an on-site representative who can attend the trade exhibition taking place in Rotterdam during November 2025. Your main goal will be to build a usable lead list for me.

Scope of work
• Visit each regional exhibitor’s stand and introduce yourself on my behalf.
• Collect three items from every qualifying booth:
– Accurate contact details (name, job title, phone, email, website).
– A copy or clear photo/PDF of the latest product catalog.
– A brief note on the exhibitor’s current business requirements or pain points, gathered through a short conversation.
• Organise the information the same day so nothing is lost.

Deliverables
1. A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with one row per exhibitor covering all contact fields.
2. A folder with scanned or photographed catalogs, named to match the spreadsheet rows.
3. A concise summary (one paragraph per company) of the business requirements you captured.

I will use the data exclusively for lead generation, so accuracy and completeness are critical. Fluency in English and confidence approaching booth staff are essential. If you already have experience working trade shows in the Netherlands, highlight it in your response.
