The list must be sourced from industry-specific databases—not from generic tools like Apollo—so I can confidently reach out to companies that are already in the market for these products.

What I need
• A spreadsheet of active European importers of specialty chemicals
• For each company: decision-maker name, direct email, phone number, website, and a one-line note on their most recent specialty-chemical shipment or purchase where available
• Source column showing which professional database or customs record the information came from (e.g., ICIS, Panjiva, ImportGenius, ChemOrbis)

Quality bar
• Every contact must be validated (no bounces, no catch-alls)
• Only companies that import specialty chemicals—no general traders
• Minimum 90% accuracy rate across all fields
