35k European Construction Email Leads

I’m launching a large-scale outreach campaign targeting the construction sector and need a database of 35,000 fresh, fully verified contacts holding Account Executive or Manager titles. The focus is strictly on five European markets—Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal—so every record must belong to a company headquartered in one of those countries.

Each lead has to contain:
• Personal email address (no info@ or sales@)
• Contact’s job title (Account Executive or Manager)
• Company name
• Direct phone number
• Full company address

Please supply the list in CSV or XLSX, ready for upload into a CRM. I’ll run a quick verification on delivery; a hard-bounce rate under 5 % will be the main acceptance criterion along with spot-checking against the location and job-title requirements.
