England UPRN Dataset Compilation

I need a complete, up-to-date list of every Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) in England, supplied with the matched property address and its latitude / longitude coordinates. Wales and Scotland are not required right now, so the focus is solely on England’s coverage.

The file can arrive as CSV, Excel or any other plain-text format that preserves the three fields (UPRN, full address, coordinates) in separate columns. Source accuracy is important, so please indicate which authoritative dataset or API you intend to draw from (e.g., AddressBase, OS Open UPRN, or another licensed source) and confirm that you can deliver the most current version available.

When you message me, highlight any previous experience gathering or cleaning large geospatial or address datasets—especially if you have worked with UPRNs or Ordnance Survey material before.

Acceptance criteria
• Every officially assigned UPRN for England, Wales and Scotland is present.
• Each row includes UPRN, complete address line(s) - separate lines (Line1, Line 2, Town/City, County, Postcode), and decimal-degree latitude & longitude.
• No duplicate UPRNs.
• File opens without issues in Excel or a standard database import.
