Engineering Talent Lead Data Needed

I need a fresh, verified list of talent acquisition specialists and their contact information (should be working) who recruit software engineers across the full company spectrum—from tier-1 giants through mid-sized firms right down to early-stage startups. The goal is give them a cold call for hiring people from my institute.

Here’s what I am expecting:

– Job title: Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruiter, or similar gate-keepers for software-engineering hires
– Company size: include representatives from large, mid-market, and startup environments.
– Need 200 leads

• Data points per lead
– Full name and title
– Company name and short description (tier-1, mid, or startup tag)
– Corporate, non-generic email (bounce rate < 5 %)
– LinkedIn URL
– Location (city, country)
– direct dial or validated mobile

• File format & quality
– CSV or Google Sheet, neatly columned
– No duplicates, no catch-all emails, and every record must be time-stamped so I know when it was captured. I’ll spot-check at least 20 random entries; anything under 95 % validity will be returned for correction.

Tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar enrichment platforms are perfectly fine as long as the final sheet meets the above quality bar.
