Driver’s License Image Dataset Collection

I am assembling a high-quality image dataset of real driver’s licenses and national ID cards to support a data analysis study focused on demographic information and document security features. The core of the job is to collect, verify, and package authentic front-and-back images from consenting volunteers while staying fully compliant with privacy regulations.

Scope of work
• Recruit or reach out to volunteers, explain the project, and secure their digital consent through a verifiable e-signature flow (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or a similar tool).
• Capture or receive crisp, well-lit images at 300 DPI or higher; JPEG or PNG format. No glare, cropping, or editing beyond necessary orientation.
• Rename each file with an anonymized unique code and pair it with the corresponding consent PDF.
• Compile a metadata spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) noting non-identifiable demographic points (age range, issuing region, gender where shown) and visible security features (holograms, microprint, UV marks, etc.).
• Deliver all assets via an encrypted cloud folder; delete local copies after successful transfer.

Acceptance criteria
– Agreed-upon number of unique IDs supplied (to be set before kickoff).
– 100 % of images linked to a time-stamped digital consent file.
– No duplicate documents or personally identifying notes outside the images themselves.
– Images meet the stated resolution and clarity requirements.

Once the dataset passes a quick spot-check for quality and compliance, I will release the milestone and we can discuss any follow-up batches that may be required.
