Download a list from web and complete the contact information

I need a freelancer to download text data from a specific website. And then find the information of the contact name/email/phone information of the organizations listed in that data.
Requirements:
- Experience with web scraping tools and techniques
- Ability to handle and organize large sets of data
- Familiarity with the website structure
