Decision-Maker Email Lead Research
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a list of private retailers operating inside various shopping centres across New South Wales and I need to reach the people who actually make the decisions. For each company I only need the essentials: the names and direct emails of up-to-three senior decision-makers—think CEO, CFO, Managing Director, Founder, Head of Development or Retail Operations. Phone numbers or physical addresses are optional; the verified email is what matters.
Because many of these businesses are small, independent or completely offline, a simple web scrape will not be enough. You will likely have to combine LinkedIn digging, industry directories, ABR look-ups, local news articles and even targeted Google searches to surface the right contacts, then run validation through Hunter, NeverBounce or a similar tool so the bounce rate stays low. I have also added the legal business entity (not just the trading name) sometimes, the company is in a person's name, which should help.
Deliverables (single spreadsheet, XLSX or Google Sheet):
• Company name and shopping-centre location
• Contact 1 – Name, Title, Verified Email
• Contact 2 – Name, Title, Verified Email
• Contact 3 – Name, Title, Verified Email
• Source URL or note for each email
Acceptance criteria:
• At least one valid decision-maker email per company; up to three when available
• Emails must belong to individuals, not generic inboxes (no “info@” or “sales@”)
• Random sample of 15 addresses must pass email verification with 50%+ deliverability
Let me know how many records you can confidently deliver and the timeframe you need so we can lock in milestones and get started.
If you pass the original 15, there will be a big option for up to 500 more leads.
