I am looking for a comprehensive database containing approximately 25,000 company profiles, compiled exclusively from publicly available and legally accessible sources.

The final deliverable must be a clean, UTF-8 encoded CSV file, with each record including the following mandatory fields:

Business Sector (e.g., Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Education, Manufacturing, etc.)
WhatsApp Number (if publicly available)
Telephone Number
Email Address

CNPJ (Brazilian Company Registration Number)

Data quality is a top priority. All information should be as accurate and up to date as possible, as I will perform random verification checks on the contact details before accepting the final delivery.

You are free to use any combination of legitimate data collection methods, including web scraping, public business directories, government registries, APIs, or commercially licensed datasets, provided that the data can legally be used for commercial purposes.
