Description:
I’m looking for a detail-oriented research assistant to compile a dataset of active book clubs in the United States using publicly available information.
The focus is on identifying active or recently active book clubs from a variety of online sources.
Examples of sources may include publicly accessible listings such as:
• Library websites
• Bookstore websites
• Other publicly available directories or listings
Output (per entry):
1. Book Club Name
2. Organization or Host
3. City
4. State
5. Website URL (main page or listing page)
6. Source Page URL
7. Category (Library, Meetup-style group, Bookstore, etc.)
8. Contact Email (if publicly listed; if not available, enter “No Email Found”)
Requirements:
• Experience with online research and data collection
• Ability to gather data from publicly accessible sources only
• Clean, well-organized, and deduplicated data
• No duplicate entries
• Final delivery in CSV or Excel format
