Dashboard for data gathering on solar power

I need a dashboard created to gather data on solar power. Specifically, I am looking to monitor energy production and measure this data against the performance of individual solar panels. I'm open to suggestions about the platform or technology to use, but ultimately the dashboard should be able to provide interactive charts and graphs that can capture the data I need. With this dashboard, I will be able to track and measure the performance of my solar panel installations in order to make informed decisions.
