I need a fresh, accuracy-checked spreadsheet of police and fire department administrators for eight Midwestern states—Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Ohio. Chiefs, commissioners, deputy or assistant chiefs, and any senior-level administrators who set policy or manage budgets are the priority; patrol-level or shift-level officers are not relevant.
For every contact you gather, I must see:
• full name and official job title
• direct email address (no “info@” or generic inboxes)
• direct phone number, desk or mobile
Raw exports, outdated databases, and web scrapes with no human verification will be rejected. Bounce-rate must stay under 5 %, and I will spot-check records before releasing final approval.
Deliverable: a clean Excel or Google Sheet with these columns in order—State, Agency Name, Department Type (Police/Fire), First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Email, Phone. Please separate police and fire contacts clearly, and keep formatting consistent so I can filter quickly.
