Cultural Email Contact Research
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m building a reliable database of cultural decision-makers and need your help gathering verified email contacts across four specific segments:
• Municipal culture departments in Portugal and Spain – I’ll need 100+ unique contacts here.
• Independent cultural or musical venues and foundations in Portugal (e.g. Parques de Sintra, Fundação D. Luís I, Serralves) – aim for 50–100.
• Artistic directors / programmers of music festivals in Portugal, plus World Music festival programmers elsewhere in Europe – again, 50–100.
• Managers responsible for cultural or musical events in 5-star hotels located in Portugal – 50–100.
For every entry, please capture these data points in separate columns:
1. Entity name (municipality, organisation, festival, or hotel)
2. City
3. Contact person’s first and last name (when publicly available)
4. Direct email address (no generic “info@” unless it is the only official option)
Deliver everything in a single Excel spreadsheet, either with one worksheet per category or a clear Category column so I can filter easily. All addresses must be current and sourced from official websites, press kits, or professional directories; bounced or duplicated emails will be considered incomplete.
