Continuum of Care Housing Navigation/state federal RFP

I am seeking an experienced grant writer to help me apply for a government grant for a specific purpose. The total budget for this grant writing project is more than $200,000 and I am expecting the writer to develop the proposal based on the grant's requirements and my project's timeline.
