US Construction Leads Needed

I need a fresh, well-organized list of construction leads located anywhere in the United States. For every lead, only two data points are mandatory— the contact’s name and a valid email address. No phone numbers or job titles are required; accuracy of the emails is far more important than quantity.

Acceptable sources include public permitting databases, trade publications, association directories, LinkedIn, or reputable data providers. Please avoid scraped records that have not been verified within the past six months.

• Columns: Company (if known), Contact Name, Email, City, State, Source URL/date verified

I will spot-check a random sample, so bounced emails above 5 % will be grounds for rejection. If you already maintain a construction dataset, let me know approximately how many unique, verified contacts you can supply and your turnaround time.
