I need a clean, up-to-date list of 300,000 U.S. email contacts. Although Healthcare and Oil & Energy records will be useful, my immediate priority is the Construction sector. Within that sector I’m targeting senior decision makers and key finance personnel:

• CFO
• HR Manager
• Finance Manager
• Accountant
• Accounts Payable
Deliver the data in CSV or Excel with, at minimum, contact name, company, title, and verified work email. Hard-bounced or scraped “info@” style addresses won’t be accepted; I will run my own verification so accuracy is essential.
