US Construction CFO Email Leads

I want a fresh, accurate database of construction-industry CFOs across the United States. Every record must contain at minimum the executive’s full name, corporate email address (no info@ or sales@ catch-alls), company name, city/state, and either a direct phone number or corporate switchboard.

I will verify each contact through bounce testing and random call checks, so please work only with recently validated data sources and apply standard hygiene tools such as ZeroBounce or NeverBounce before delivery.

Deliverables
• An Excel or CSV file with the required data fields, ready to import into my CRM
• A brief note on your verification method and the date each record was last validated

I consider the job complete when at least 95 % of the emails pass a real-time SMTP check and the list meets the specifications above.
