The aim is to gather comprehensive data from vehicle owners and fleet operators to evaluate the interest, compatibility, and requirements for retrofitting electric kits on existing vehicles.

Key Requirements:
- Conduct surveys with vehicle owners and fleet operators
- Collect data on current vehicle usage, retrofitting interest, and technical requirements
