Compile 1,000 Australian Businesses

Need 1,000 rows of Australian small-to-medium equipment hire businesses, compiled into a spreadsheet.

Required fields per row:
1. Business name
2. Category
3. Phone number (AU format)
4. Email address (where available)
5. State (AU)
6. Suburb
7. Source URL (where you verified the business)

What to include

Australian businesses that hire out equipment to other businesses, in any of these categories:

Earthmoving & construction: excavator, backhoe, skid steer, bulldozer, loader, grader, dump truck

Lifting & access: cranes, scissor lifts, boom lifts, EWP/elevated work platforms, cherry pickers, forklifts, telehandlers

Site equipment: generators, compressors, lighting towers, portable toilets, site sheds, fencing, scaffolding

Tools & compaction: general tool hire, jackhammers, concrete saws, vibrating rollers, plate compactors

Concrete & pumps: concrete mixers, concrete pumps, water pumps

Trailers: general trailers, dog trailers, tipper trailers, low loaders

What to exclude

- National chains with 5+ branches (Boom Logistics, Toyota Material Handling, Kennards Hire, Coates Hire, etc.)
- Equipment retailers that sell but don't hire
- Businesses where the equipment keyword appears but the business does something else (e.g. libraries with "internet access," dental practices abbreviated "EVP," car dealerships, bookstores, party supplies)
- Non-Australian businesses
- Duplicate phone numbers within the batch

Quality standards

Each row must:
1. Be a real, currently operating AU business
2. Hire equipment in one of the listed categories as a primary service
3. Have a working AU phone number
4. Have a unique phone number within the batch
5. Be verifiable from the source URL provided

We spot-check 25 random rows from your batch. If more than 4 of 25 fail validation (>16% error rate), the batch is rejected and not paid.

Important: data integrity

- Do not fabricate or AI-generate entries. We can detect this and rejected batches are not paid.
- Do not guess email addresses. Leave email blank if not publicly available. Fabricated emails void the entire batch.
- Do not submit duplicates from prior batches if you continue to subsequent work.

Pricing

Submit your proposed price in AUD with your application. Minimum 1,000 rows per batch. We're evaluating proposals on price + quality together. If first batch quality is good, additional batches will follow.

To apply, include in your proposal:

1. Estimated delivery time
2. A sample of 5 rows you'd produce, with all 7 required fields, for AU equipment hire businesses. Copy the data into your proposal text. Proposals without sample rows will be ignored.
