Commercial Real Estate Leads Compilation
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
My goal is to build a fresh, accurate database of commercial real-estate leads for Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore and to pair each lead with up-to-date information on the developer behind the project. I need more than a raw list of phone numbers; every entry should feel ready for an immediate sales or partnership conversation.
Here is what I expect from the finished work:
• A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing, per project or property, the developer’s name, corporate contact, direct contact person, designation, mobile, landline, email, project location, asset type (office, retail, warehousing, etc.), project stage, and any recent news such as funding rounds or notable tenants.
• All data verified within the last 30 days through recognised sources—RERA filings, CREDAI, company websites, LinkedIn, paid data providers, local news portals or direct calls.
• Separate tabs summarising key market observations that surface while gathering the leads (e.g., clusters of Grade-A supply, notable leasing trends, upcoming micro-markets).
To help me choose the right partner, send a concise proposal that explains:
– The lead generation methods you will deploy (web-scraping, telephone verification, industry databases, on-ground networks, etc.).
– The developer information sources you trust and how you will cross-check accuracy.
– The market analysis techniques you will apply so that the final sheet is more than an address book; I need context on why each lead matters.
I will review proposals primarily on the strength of these three areas and how convincingly you demonstrate speed, reliability and local market knowledge.
