The goal is to create a comprehensive dataset of these EIS files for Colorado — especially for Denver, the Front Range, Western Slope, and southern Colorado.
Deliverables:

Metadata spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) with:

Agency (e.g., BLM, CDOT, USACE)

Geographic focus area (if listed)
Organize files clearly in folders:

Requirements
Must be able to find public, downloadable EIS PDFs.
Verify each link or document is relevant to Colorado.
Upload all files to a shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar).
I will create and share a public upload link.
