Collect U.S. School Contacts
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have ongoing batches of 100 U.S. K-12 schools that need verified contact details pulled directly from each school’s official website. For every school on the list I provide (name + city), I need one complete row in an Excel workbook with the following fields:
• Principal name and email
• Office / general contact email if above is not available
• Afterschool or enrichment program email (if the site lists one)
• PTA President name and email
Key points
• Source must always be the school’s own website—no third-party directories.
• Double-check spelling and titles; accuracy is critical.
• Turnaround per 100-school batch: 2–3 calendar days.
• Deliver in Excel; I can convert to Google Sheets if needed.
