Collect Real Estate Agent Contacts
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a spreadsheet of 300 Texas-based real-estate agents, each with a name and license number already entered. Your task is to return a clean, fully populated list of direct phone numbers and email addresses for those same agents. If you can put an agency or team name as well, that would be helpful. (Agency is not required for task bonus.)
Where to look
• Start with Facebook, as that’s proving most fruitful for direct details.
• If Facebook turns up empty, move on to agent websites, recent open-house listings and reputable real-estate directories.
• Feel free to widen the net—LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform you know works for the industry.
Quality expectations
I only need you to verify information when something looks doubtful or contradictory; otherwise, a straightforward scrape is fine. Accuracy will be rewarded: the base fee covers the initial job and response to each contact, and I’ll add a bonus for every contact that comes back complete and correct.
Deliverable (due in 7 days)
1. My original spreadsheet returned with completed and accurate columns: direct phone and best email. (Agency optional)
2. A short “cannot locate” tab, listing any agents whose details were genuinely unavailable after exhausting the sources above.
That’s all the scope—once the list is back and spot-checked, I release payment plus any earned bonuses.
