CPA Firms Database Compilation

I am building a master list of 12,500 certified public accounting firms—companies only, no solo practitioners—from five target states: California, Kansas, New York, Minnesota and South Carolina. To keep quality high I want the work completed state-by-state; once the target count is reached we will move on to a second phase that repeats the process for additional states.

All records must be gathered from public databases, recognised CPA professional directories and the firms’ own websites so each entry can be cross-verified. For every firm I need five data points: firm name, owner or CEO’s full name, complete postal address, direct email address and main phone number. The finished file should arrive as a clean, de-duplicated Excel spreadsheet ready for immediate import into my CRM.

I will check a random sample for accuracy and consistency before releasing each state’s milestone, so please ensure the information is up-to-date and that each organisation is indeed a multi-staff CPA firm. Accurate, well-sourced data will lead directly to Phase 2 work under the same arrangement.
