I have a large-scale outreach initiative underway and need a single, clean CSV containing one million verified contacts who currently hold the title of CEO, CFO, or President at United States companies with more than 251 employees.
The contacts should primarily represent the Technology, Healthcare, and Finance sectors, though I will also welcome any additional volume you can provide from retail and manufacturing as long as they meet the same seniority and company-size requirements.
Please ensure the file is free of duplicates, properly formatted for direct import, and that every record includes at minimum the contact’s full name, exact title, company name, company website, and a working business email address. Phone numbers and physical addresses are a plus but not mandatory.
I will spot-check deliverability and job accuracy before releasing final approval, so accuracy and recency are critical. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any data-verification tools or enrichment platforms you plan to use so I can align expectations.
