Business Opportunity Email List Needed

I am looking for a fresh, well-verified email database of executives and entrepreneurs who are actively searching for partnership opportunities. This list will be used to approach potential collaborators for joint ventures and other strategic alliances, so data quality is critical.

Scope of work
• Source contacts who have explicitly shown interest in forming new business partnerships (not general marketing leads).
• Supply at least 5,000 unique records, each containing:
– First Name, Last Name
– Company & Job Title
– Valid work-email address (no info@ or sales@)
– Country/Region
– Phone number and LinkedIn URL if available
• Deliver the file in clean CSV or Excel format.
• All emails must be recently verified with a bounce rate under 5 %; please indicate the verification tool used (e.g., ZeroBounce, NeverBounce).
• Data must be sourced and shared in full compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant privacy regulations.

Acceptance criteria
1. Random 100-email sample passes a bulk verification test with ≤ 5 % hard bounces.
2. No obvious spam-trap, role-based, or duplicated addresses.
3. Columns are complete and correctly labeled.
