Bulk Finance Executive Leads Needed

I need a reliable data pro who can deliver a clean, up-to-date database of more than 300,000 finance-focused decision makers. The priority titles are CFO, CEO and Finance Manager, but the final file must also include Presidents, VPs Finance, Controllers, Finance Directors, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable managers. I’m flexible on industry or geography as long as every record fits one of the roles above and meets the quality bar below.

Deliverables
• At least 300,000 unique contacts
• Required fields: full name, current job title, company, verified corporate email, direct phone (where available), LinkedIn URL, country
• Bounce rate under 5 % when sampled through a standard verification tool (e.g. NeverBounce, ZeroBounce)
• Data supplied in CSV or Excel, ready for upload
