6K Benelux Construction Contacts

I’m looking for a researcher who can compile a reliable database of 6,000 business contacts from Belgium and the Netherlands. The list must focus on three industries only:

• Doors and windows – about 2,100 contacts
• Construction companies – about 3,500 contacts
• General contractors – about 400 contacts

Required data fields and minimum fill rates:
• Company name – 100%
• Country – 100%
• Email – 100% (must pass basic email-format validation)
• Address – 85 %+
• Telephone – 70 %+
• Website – 80 %+
• Industry – 100% with relevant industry keywords attached

I will need the final list delivered in a single, well-structured Excel file (.xlsx). Use separate columns for each field and include an “Industry Keywords” column that clearly tags the company (e.g., “doors & windows,” “construction company,” or “general contractor”).

Acceptance criteria
1. Exactly 6,000 valid, non-duplicate rows.
2. Email addresses must follow standard format and belong to the target company domain whenever possible.
3. Country distribution should be roughly 2,400 Belgian contacts and 3,600 Dutch contacts.
4. Industry split should closely match the numbers above.
