Aviation Regulatory Contacts Compilation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m in the final data-gathering stage of my doctoral research on passenger-compensation law in Indian civil aviation and now need a verified database of key decision-makers to schedule interviews with.
My priority groups are:
• Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) officials who handle regulatory, legal or air-transport matters
• Legal heads and general counsel of major Indian carriers—Air India, IndiGo, SpiceJet, Vistara and any other scheduled operators you can reliably source
• Judicial officers and judges who have authored or presided over notable aviation-compensation cases (High Courts and Supreme Court)
For each contact I require: full name, current designation, organisation, institutional e-mail address, direct office or mobile number, and official mailing address. Please gather information and cite each source (gazette notifications, annual reports, court websites, LinkedIn, RTI replies, etc.) so I can independently verify accuracy.
Minimum dataset: Twenty Including all the categories. Deliver everything in a clean Excel or Google Sheet with separate tabs for each stakeholder group and a brief methodology note.
I’m happy to break the work into milestones—DGCA first, airlines next, judiciary last—so we can confirm accuracy along the way. Mention in your proposal how quickly you can complete each tranche and which OSINT or email-finding tools (Hunter, RocketReach, public directories, etc.) you prefer. Accuracy and clear sourcing are more important than raw volume.
