I need a neatly organised Excel spreadsheet that lists Australian businesses operating in the industries I’ll specify once we start. For every company you add, the sheet must include three columns only: the business name, full contact details (main phone number and a working email), and a complete street address.
Accuracy is critical—no duplicates, consistent capitalisation, and phone numbers formatted with the +61 country code. Please source the information from reliable, up-to-date directories or official websites and run basic validation checks so every entry is usable straight away.
When you deliver the finished .xlsx file, I should be able to filter by suburb, state, or industry and copy-paste the data into my own campaigns without further clean-up.
