Auckland SME Decision Maker List

I’m preparing a direct-marketing campaign aimed at small and mid-sized businesses in the Auckland region and need a clean, well-sourced contact list. Your job is to compile the names, work emails, and direct phone numbers of the key people I can speak to—specifically anyone holding the title of Sales Manager or Operations Manager.

Scope and key rules
• Companies must be based in Auckland, employ fewer than 100 staff, and must not operate in the IT sector.
• Data must be gathered only from LinkedIn, official company websites, and reputable business directories; please note the source beside each record for traceability.
• Every email should be validated (no hard bounces) and each phone number should connect directly to the contact or their department, not a generic reception line.

Required deliverable
A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing one row per lead with the following columns: Company Name, Industry, Headcount (confirmation it is <100), Contact Name, Job Title, Email, Phone, Source Link.
