Airport Data Collection Specialist
Budget: $20 – $30 USD
I need reliable individuals to collect data on passenger satisfaction and airport facilities using tablets at airports 2-3 days monthly on an on-going basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Approach patrons to gain their agreement to participate.
- Enter flight information then hand tablet to passenger. Survey regards their satisfaction across all touchpoints: parking, check-in, way-finding, security, facilities, concessions, and cleanliness.
- Complete the appropriate number of surveys per airline and destination.
- Keep track of survey quota completion on provided survey plan.
Skills and Experience:
- Attention to detail
- Very organized with excellent time management skills
- Polite and professional communication skills for interacting with passengers
- Reliable transportation and on-time arrival each project day
- Excellent English-speaking skills, bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Clean background - airport will perform background check as part of badging requirement
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekday & weekend availability
- Able to walk and stand approx. 8 hours/day with breaks
- 5+ years' work experience of any kind
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- Experience in data collection (preferred but not required)
- Must commit to at least 6 months
- Must have a strong work ethic
Experience in a customer service role or airport environment is a plus.
Paid training provided.
