Academic Contacts Lead Generation

Job ID: 40230837

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a robust, ethically sourced database of up to 100,000 verified contacts—primarily academics, doctoral scholars, researchers, and legal professionals—so we can circulate an upcoming international Call for Papers. My priority markets are North America and Europe, and every record must sit squarely within the broader field of Legal Studies.

To keep data quality and compliance front-of-mind, please gather names, institutional affiliations, roles, and direct email addresses only from acceptable sources such as peer-reviewed academic journals and recognised professional associations. University websites or other repositories may be explored only if they do not breach any terms of service or data-protection rules. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and similar regulations are non-negotiable; I will ask you to document the collection process so we can demonstrate due diligence later.

Deliverables
• A master spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing up to 100,000 unique records with the following minimum fields: First Name, Last Name, Academic or Professional Title, Institution, Country/Region, Email, Source URL, and Date Collected.
• A brief methods report outlining the tools, queries, and verification steps you used, confirming that all data came from academic journals or professional associations and meets legal compliance.
• An initial sample of 500 fully populated contacts so I can review formatting and accuracy before you scale to the full list.

Acceptance criteria
• Bounce rate under 5 % when we test a random 1,000-email subset.
• No duplicates, no role-based emails (e.g., info@, admin@), and every record clearly linked to Legal Studies.
• Transparent sourcing that stands up to an audit against GDPR and platform TOS requirements.

If you already work with tools such as Hunter, Snov.io, or custom Python scrapers—and can show experience with large academic datasets—you’ll ramp up much faster. Quality and compliance matter more to me than raw speed, but once the sample is approved I’d like the full database within four weeks.
