Validate & Enter Scanned Data

I have a batch of scanned documents that combine words, numbers, and the occasional special character. Your task is to turn this mixed information into a clean, structured spreadsheet while carrying out careful data validation along the way. All source material arrives as high-resolution images/PDFs, so you can zoom in freely; no OCR or manual re-typing requirements are set in stone, but the final sheet must be free of transcription errors, duplicates, and formatting inconsistencies.

What I will provide
• A shared folder with the scans, file names matched to the rows I expect in the sheet
• A template Excel/Google Sheet outlining the required columns (text fields, numeric fields, and date fields)
• Basic validation rules—allowed value ranges, mandatory fields, and naming conventions

What I need back
• A completed spreadsheet that passes the validation rules I supply
• A short log noting any ambiguous entries you flagged for review
• Confirmation that totals in numeric columns reconcile with the figures shown in the original scans
