The Key Sales Data Migration

I need my existing sales data moved from The Key into CRM Brain, the new platform from the same provider. Only the sales module is in scope for this phase; contacts and client files will be handled separately later.

The raw export from The Key is already available, but before anything is loaded into CRM Brain every record must be checked for consistency with what already exists in the new system. That means matching field-for-field, catching mismatches or omissions, and ensuring nothing is overwritten or duplicated. While formal data cleansing is not the headline task, you will undoubtedly have to tidy up stray characters, date formats, and the occasional null value while you work through the validation.

You will have admin access to both systems plus the usual CSV/Excel extracts. If you prefer using scripts (Python, Power Query, SQL, etc.) to speed up reconciliation, that is absolutely fine as long as you provide me with those scripts for future use.

Deliverables:
• A fully validated import file (or direct import) that CRM Brain accepts without errors
• A short reconciliation report summarising record counts, issues found, and how they were resolved
• A quick walkthrough call to show me the steps you took, so I can replicate the approach on other data sets later

Success is measured by zero validation errors in CRM Brain and a perfect match between source and target totals.

Because our data is subject to UK data-protection rules and the vendor support hours, I’d prefer someone based in the UK who already knows their way around The Key and CRM Brain. If that’s you, let’s get this scheduled right away.
