I have a collection of printed documents containing a blend of narrative notes and numerical figures that must be transcribed into a single Excel workbook. The spreadsheet template is already laid out with headings; your job is to transfer each piece of text and every number into its correct column, keep the formatting consistent, and verify totals as you go.
All data comes from hard-copy pages, so careful attention to detail is critical—mis-keyed digits or skipped words will distort our reports downstream. When an entry is unclear, flag it in a separate “Comments” column rather than guessing.
Deliverables

• A brief log of any ambiguous entries or missing information you encountered
