I have multiple spreadsheets with a little over five hundred school names. Column A lists each school, and Column B contains a mix of confirmed and blank email addresses. I need every row matched with one reliable, verified email—ideally the main enquiries or admin-office address published on the school’s own site. Some addresses are already in place, so your first step will be to validate those; the rest must be researched and filled in.

Accuracy is critical: no generic web-forms, no catch-alls that bounce. Feel free to use Hunter, Apollo, NeverBounce, or any equivalent tool, as long as the final list passes a standard deliverability check.

Deliverables
• Updated spreadsheet with 100 % of schools paired to a verified inbox address
• Brief note beside any entry that required extra confirmation (multiple domains, phone call, etc.)

Acceptance Criteria
• Zero undeliverable emails when spot-checked through a verifier
• Consistent lowercase formatting, no trailing spaces
• Completed file returned within five days
