Scanned Image Data Entry

I have a batch of scans taken from printed photographs and documents that need to be translated into clean, structured digital records. Every file you’ll receive is a high-resolution scan; there are no text docs or numerical sheets involved—just images that must be reviewed and their key details keyed into the spreadsheet template I’ll supply.

Here’s how the flow works:
• I upload the scanned images in organized folders.
• You open each image, extract the information I specify (file name, date stamp, short caption, plus two or three metadata tags I’ll outline), and type it into the matching row of the sheet.
• Once finished, you return the updated spreadsheet and flag any image that seems unreadable or requires clarification.

Because this is 100 % image-based entry, I’m looking for someone who has demonstrated experience handling visual data—you might have catalogued photo archives, digitised printed catalogues, or completed similar scan-to-sheet projects. Tell me in a sentence or two where you’ve done this before and the approximate volume you handled; that context helps me gauge your pace and accuracy.

Accuracy is more important than speed, though I’ll supply a target turnaround once you confirm capacity. The files stay confidential, so please be comfortable signing a simple NDA if requested.
