PDF/Image to Excel Data Conversion

I have between 51 and 200 pages that need to move from locked PDF / image format into a clean, fully editable Excel workbook. Every row, column, header, and note must be transferred accurately so the final sheet mirrors the original documents, yet remains easy to filter and analyse.
Confidentiality is critical because the files contain customer data. Double-check for OCR mistakes, keep numeric formats intact, and flag anything that is faint or unreadable so I can review it.
