PDF to Excel Data Entry

I have a stack of PDFs that need to be turned into a single, tidy Excel spreadsheet. Every value in those files must be transferred exactly, then any duplicate rows removed, and finally the sheet formatted according to the guidelines I will send you the moment we start.

The workflow is straightforward but precision-heavy: open each PDF, copy the required fields, paste them into the correct columns, run the de-duplication step, and give the file a quick visual pass to confirm totals, dates, and text all line up with the source. I will check the finished workbook against my guideline sheet, so please be confident with Excel functions such as conditional formatting or simple lookup formulas that help catch errors fast.

Turnaround time matters almost as much as accuracy, so let me know how quickly you can process a typical batch and still keep error rates at zero.
