One-Time Manual Data Entry

I have a batch of information that needs to be keyed in manually and then filed in an orderly way inside my existing folder structure. Accuracy is critical; every record must match the source exactly and follow the naming conventions I will share at the start. Once the data is entered, I need the documents stored in the appropriate directories so I can retrieve them quickly later. This is a single, self-contained job, so I’m aiming for a quick turnaround without sacrificing precision.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet (or database export) with all fields filled and double-checked
• Source files saved to the designated folders, using the naming pattern I provide
• Brief completion note confirming totals entered and any anomalies spotted
