Mixed Data Extraction to Excel

I need a detail-oriented freelancer to harvest both text and numeric fields from a set of online databases and compile everything into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The sources are already earmarked and you will receive the access credentials as soon as we start. Your main tasks will be:
• Locate each record in the specified databases
• Capture every required text snippet, figure, and identifier without omissions
• Perform light cleansing—remove stray HTML, normalise dates, keep number formats consistent
• Enter the results into an Excel spreadsheet using my header template, preserving data integrity throughout
Before hand-off, please run a quick validation to catch duplicates or obvious outliers so I can pivot or filter confidently the moment I open the file. The finished Excel file plus a short changelog of any assumptions or transformations you applied will constitute final delivery.
