One sits in Excel but contains corrupted cells and malformed email addresses; the other is a text-based PDF that needs to be pulled into a spreadsheet. I want every usable detail from both sources preserved, merged, and polished so the final result drops straight into my CRM without any extra tweaks on my end.

Here is the exact flow I need you to follow:
• Repair the bad data in the Excel file, correcting obvious typos, garbled characters, and broken email formats.
• Extract every record from the PDF (no OCR required because it is already text-based) into Excel.
