I need several batches of plain text transferred, by hand, into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Accuracy is more important than speed: every character must match the original source exactly and each entry has to land in the correct column so that later look-ups and filters work without extra cleanup.

You will receive the source text and a template sheet that already contains the required headings. Simply type the content where it belongs—no OCR, no copy-paste scripts, and no automated data-grabbers, please. A quick spot-check will be run on delivery, so consistent spelling, punctuation, and column alignment are the key acceptance criteria.
