I have a collection of paper-based records that I need transcribed, by hand, into a digital format. The task is purely manual data entry, so I’m not looking for any automated OCR or bulk-import shortcuts—accuracy and careful typing are the priorities.
I will provide high-resolution scans of each document. Your job is to read every line and enter the information into the spreadsheet template I supply, preserving the exact spelling, punctuation, and number formatting that appears on the originals.
Deliverable
• Completed spreadsheet containing every field from the paper documents, ready for my review.
Acceptance
• 100 % of the records present
• No typos or missing characters when spot-checked against the scans
