JSD Implementation

Migration completion project to move from on-prem Jira Server to Cloud Jira, focused on JSD IT Helpdesk. Will need to be able to work with insight, Jira, Confluence, Draw.io and work on business process for workflows along with datasheets and configuration for assets and categories etc.
