Import Medical Test Catalog
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need help transferring our current catalogue of laboratory tests—between 100 and 500 individual items—into my app’s database. All source material is already in a single Excel spreadsheet, but the entries have to be cleaned, normalized, and grouped by test type so every laboratory that connects to the system sees a consistent, standards-compliant list.
You will work in the original Excel file, making sure each row carries the correct test name, sample requirements, unit conventions, and any reference codes exactly as recognised in routine pathology workflows. Where duplicate or outdated names appear, I’ll provide a short style guide so you can merge or correct them before the final upload.
Deliverables
• A fully reviewed Excel spreadsheet ready for direct import, with tests correctly categorised by type.
• A short change-log noting any ambiguous items you clarified or renamed.
Accuracy is critical; every lab must see the same terminology the moment we push the update. If you have previous experience preparing health-care datasets or LIS/LIMS mappings, let me know—turnaround will be much smoother.
