Handwritten Text to Spreadsheet
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have several handwritten pages that need to become clean, searchable data in a spreadsheet. The content is all text—names, short notes, addresses—so no numerical calculations are involved. I’ll provide high-resolution scans; you return a fully populated Excel or Google Sheet.
Here’s what the work involves:
• Transcribe every word exactly as written, preserving original spelling and basic line order.
• Place each handwritten entry on its own row, separating logical fields into clear columns we’ll agree on up front.
• Mark anything you can’t read with “??” so I can review quickly.
Deliverable: one error-checked spreadsheet ready for immediate use.
Accuracy is my top priority, but I’d like the final file within a week if possible. If you’re comfortable deciphering mixed handwriting styles and double-checking your own work, this should be straightforward.
