I need a reliable freelancer to convert a batch of handwritten notes into a clean digital format. You’ll receive the notes as scanned PDFs and return the information in a structured spreadsheet—Excel or Google Sheets is fine—as agreed beforehand.
Accuracy is paramount: every word, number, and punctuation mark must match the original handwriting. You’re welcome to use any combination of manual typing, OCR, or double-entry verification, so long as the final file is 99 % accurate and ready for immediate use.
When you place your bid, include a detailed project proposal explaining your method for achieving that accuracy, the tools you rely on, and your estimated turnaround for the first 100 pages. Generic bids without a thoughtful plan will be skipped.

• Complete and verified transcription of all provided handwritten notes
• Spreadsheet formatted exactly to the field layout I supply
• Final file delivered by the deadline we set together
